Library Rules
General Conduct
1. Maintain Silence – Silence must be maintained at all times. Whisper only a Reference Materials necessary.

3. Food & Drink – No food or beverages are allowed except bottled water.

Use of Library Resources
1. Borrowing Books – Present a valid college ID and membership card to borrow books. Adhere to borrowing limits and due dates. Renew books before the due date if needed.
2. Returning Books – Return books on or before the due date. Place returned books in the designated return area or at the circulation desk.
3.Reference Materials – Reference books, Journals, and periodicals are for in library use only.

Library Membership
1. Eligibility – Library membership is available to all students, faculty, and staff. External membership may be granted with special permission from the principal.

Penalties & Fines
1. Overdue Books – Pay fines for overdue books as follows : Students: 14 days. Staff 1 month. Continued non-return of books may result in the suspension of borrowing privileges.
2. Lost or Damaged Books – Report lost or damaged books immediately. – Pay for the replacement cost or repair charges as determined by the principal.
3. Misconduct – Violations of library rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of library privileges. Serious offenses may be referred to the principal for further action.
