Food Technology students visited the Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysuru on 25/09/25 as part of their institution visit. Students visited the pilot plants for Fruits and Vegetables Processing and Food Engineering, where students familiarised with state-of-the-art food processing equipment and technologies. CFTRI experts introduced students their technology transfer initiatives, showcasing various innovative food products developed at the institute. The visit also featured interactive sessions with CFTRI experts who shared their knowledge on current industry trends, innovations, and research applications.
