The Department of Food Technology successfully conducted a “No Heat, No Stove Quick Prep Competition,” on 11/08/25 encouraging creativity and innovation in preparing nutritious dishes without the use of heat or conventional cooking appliances. The event aimed to promote healthy, quick, and energy-efficient food preparation methods among students. Participants showcased a wide range of cold dishes, including salads, smoothies, and desserts, highlighting the importance of balanced nutrition and sustainable practices. The competition not only fostered culinary skills but also emphasized food safety, hygiene, and time management. The program concluded with a judging session, followed by the announcement of winners.
