The Department of English conducted a documentary show titled ‘Voice of the Voiceless’ as part of Ayyankali Jayanthi. Gregg Helvey’s Oscar-nominated short film, Kavi, was shown to the students. The short film highlights the modern-day slavery of laborers by narrating the trials of a child trying to break free.
