The Department of Food Technology organised a session ‘Unlocking Molecular Architectures’ which exlored Nobel-recognized breakthroughs in molecular science, highlighting the techniques used to visualize, analyze, and build complex molecular structures. Students gained insight into how those innovations revolutionized scientific understanding and open new pathways in research and innovation.
